At Dancovershop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account or visit our online return portal to submit a request and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Dancover

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
